or Old-Fashioned Oats

Baking Powder

Salt

1 1/2 cups

Whole Milk

4 Tbsp

Honey

•

1 tsp

Vanilla Extract

Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) and grease a 12-count muffin tin with nonstick spray.

In a large bowl, whisk together the Quick Cooking Oats (3 cup), Ground Cinnamon (3/4 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), and Salt (1/2 teaspoon).

Add in the Large Egg (2), Whole Milk (1 1/2 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), Vanilla Extract (1 teaspoon), Banana (2), and combine.

Divide the batter into 3 bowls and add in desired mix-ins such as chocolate chips, apples, raspberries, etc.

Fill greased muffin tin wells with batter. Top muffins with additional mix-ins if desired.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until muffins are golden-brown, and springy. A tester inserted into the center of the muffin should be clean when removed.

Allow muffins to cool before enjoying.
