Fresh Cilantro , roughly chopped
15 cloves

1 cup
Distilled White Vinegar

Step 1
Add the Scotch Bonnet Peppers (40) , Fresh Cilantro (1/2 cup) , Garlic (15 cloves) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Distilled White Vinegar (1 cup) to the blender or food processor and puree it until it’s a smooth consistency. This will take about 1 minute.
Step 2
Pour into a clean, dry container and store.
