Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C).
Step 2
Chop your Broccoli (6 cups) into florets and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (1/4 cup) , Nutritional Yeast (3 Tbsp) , Almond Flour (3 Tbsp) , Salt (1 tsp) and Paprika (1/2 tsp) .
Step 3
Mix everything together until the broccoli is well-coated.
Step 4
Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until broccoli is golden-brown and crispy.
