Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (205 degrees C).
Chop your Broccoli (6 cup) into florets and spread them on a baking sheet. Drizzle with Extra-Virgin Olive Oil (4 tablespoon), Nutritional Yeast (3 tablespoon), Almond Flour (3 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon) and Paprika (1/2 teaspoon).
Mix everything together until the broccoli is well-coated.
Bake in preheated oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until broccoli is golden-brown and crispy. Serve and enjoy!
