Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (170 degrees C).

In a small bowl, combine Simply Organic Garlic Powder (2 tsp), Simply Organic Onion Powder (1 tsp), Ground Sage (2 tsp), Dried Rosemary (2 tsp), Ground Black Pepper (2 tsp), Dried Thyme (1 tsp), Paprika (1 tsp), and Pink Himalayan Sea Salt (1 tsp). Stir until well mixed.

Brush Olive Oil (as needed) on Whole Turkey (1), then rub with seasoning mixture until evenly coated.

On a flat rack in a shallow roasting pan, place turkey breast-side up.

Roast for about 3 hours, until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.
