Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and coat with cooking spray. Add diced Assorted Color Bell Peppers (4 Tbsp), Onions (4 Tbsp), and sauté, once they partially cooked next add the Bacon (4 Tbsp) and saute.

In a bowl, whisk the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (1 cup) until frothy.

Pour the egg whites into the skillet and allow them to set slightly around the edges.

Add the Shredded Reduced-Fat Cheddar Cheese (4 Tbsp).

Carefully fold the other half of the omelet over the filling, creating a half-moon shape.
