step 1
Mix together the All-Purpose Flour (1/2 cup), Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp), Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (1/3 cup), Milk (1/2 cup), and Salt (1 pinch) until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
step 2
Let the batter rest for about 30 minutes in the refrigerator. This allows the flour to fully absorb the liquid for a smoother batter.
step 3
Heat a non-stick skillet or crepe pan over medium heat.
step 4
Lightly grease the pan with a bit of vegetable oil.
step 5
Pour a small amount of batter into the center of the pan, swirling it around to spread it thinly across the bottom.
step 6
Cook for about 1-2 minutes until the edges start to lift and the bottom is lightly golden.
step 7
Carefully flip the crepe with a spatula and cook the other side for an additional 1-2 minutes.
step 8
Repeat the process with the remaining batter. Stack the cooked crepes on a plate.
step 9
Once the crepes are ready to fill, fold a crepe in half.
step 10
Add your choice of fillings such as sliced fruits, whipped cream, ham, cheese, or vegetables to one side of the folded crepe.
step 11
Roll up the crepe into a cone shape starting from the filling side.
step 12
Enjoy!
step 12 Enjoy!
