Imitation Crab Meat
1/4 cup
Ranch Dressing
2 stalks
Celery , chopped
1/2 cup
Mayonnaise
1 tsp
Lemons , freshly squeezed, juiced
2 stalks
Scallions , chopped
to taste
Salt and Pepper
1 clove
Garlic , crushed

Buns
4
Lettuce Leaves

Directions

Step 1
Place the Lump Crab Meat (8 oz) into a mixing bowl and use two forks to shred it into bite size pieces.
Step 2
Add in the Mayonnaise (1/2 cup) , Celery (2 stalks) , Scallions (2 stalks) , Ranch Dressing (1/4 cup) , Garlic (1 clove) , and the removed kernels from a Corn Cob (1) . Season with Salt and Pepper (to taste) .
Step 3
Using a spatula, fold and mix until everything is well combined.
Step 4
Place the Lettuce Leaves (4) onto the Buns (4) and evenly place the crab salad over it.
Step 5
Top with some a bit of Lemons (1 tsp) and place the top bun on. Serve and enjoy!
