Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl start off by beating the Egg (5).
Add Baking Soda (1 tsp), Baking Powder (1 tsp), Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp), Coconut Flour (2 Tbsp), Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), Almond Butter (3/4 cup) and Honey (1 Tbsp) to the bowl with egg and mix until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in pre-heated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack and serve it as you prefer. Enjoy!
