In a large bowl start off by beating the
Baking Soda (1 tsp)
Baking Powder (1 tsp)
Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp)
Coconut Flour (2 Tbsp)
Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Almond Butter (3/4 cup)
Honey (1 Tbsp)
to the bowl with egg and mix until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack and serve it as you prefer.
