Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).
In a large bowl start off by beating the Egg (5).
Add Baking Soda (1 teaspoon), Baking Powder (1 teaspoon), Coconut Vinegar (1 tablespoon), Coconut Flour (2 tablespoon), Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), Almond Butter (3/4 cup) and Honey (1 tablespoon) to the bowl with egg and mix until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack and serve it as you prefer. Enjoy!
