Step 1
Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 2
In a large bowl start off by beating the Eggs (5) .
Step 3
Add Baking Soda (1 tsp) , Baking Powder (1 tsp) , Coconut Vinegar (1 Tbsp) , Coconut Flour (2 Tbsp) , Flaxseed Meal (1/4 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , Almond Butter (3/4 cup) and Honey (1 Tbsp) to the bowl with egg and mix until a thick batter forms.
Step 4
Pour batter into a baking loaf pan and cook in preheated oven for about 30-40 minutes.
Step 5
Let the loaf cool down completely on a wire rack and serve it as you prefer.
