Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F (200 degrees C). Spray a 6 well muffin pan with cooking spray and set aside.

To a large bowl add the Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (4 Tbsp), Milk (1/2 cup), and Oil (4 Tbsp). Whisk to combine.

Add the All-Purpose Flour (1 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Salt (1/2 tsp), Baking Powder (2 tsp), and Vanilla Chai Spice (2 tsp) to the bowl. Stir until just combined.

Distribute the batter evenly among the 6 muffin wells. Sprinkle the batter of each muffin with Coarse Sugar (to taste) if desired.

Place in the oven and bake for 18-20 minutes until the tops are golden brown and set. Remove from the oven and allow to cool for 5 minutes and enjoy!
