Kimchi

Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise

Cooking Instructions

Heat your oven or air fryer to 180°C.

Begin by adding the Doritos® Nacho Cheese Flavored Tortilla Chips (3 cups) in the basket.

Put Mozzarella Cheese (1 cup) on it and then the Kimchi (2/3 cup) on top.

Bake or air fray until the cheese melts.

Make the spicy sauce by mixing Chili Sauce (2 Tbsp) , Japanese Kewpie Mayonnaise (4 Tbsp) and Sesame Oil (2 Tbsp) .

Cook an Eggland's Best Classic Egg (1) sunny side up and slide it on top of the Doritos.

Add Sour Cream (4 Tbsp) and the spicy sauce on top.

Top with Spring Onions (as needed) and garnish with Fresh Cilantro (as needed) .
