Combine the remaining All-Purpose Flour (3/4 cup), Rice Flour (1/2 cup), Salt (2 tsp), Baking Soda (as needed), Onion Powder (1 tsp). and Garlic Powder (as needed) in a large bowl. Add the Ale Beer (1 cup) and Vodka (1/2 cup) to the flour mixture and whisk just until you have a smooth wet batter.
