Step 1
Chop the Bitter Melon Leaves (1 Tbsp) . Cut the Heirloom Tomatoes (3) into wedges. In a large bowl, combine heirloom tomatoes with desired amount of Red Wine Vinaigrette (to taste) , Salt (to taste) , Ground Black Pepper (to taste) , and Fresh Purple Basil (to taste) .
Step 2
Toss to combine. Add Spring Mix Greens (2 cups) and bittermelon leaves, then toss again.
Step 3
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
