Step 1
Chop the Bitter Melon Leaves (1 tablespoon). Cut the Heirloom Tomato (3) into wedges. In a large bowl, combine heirloom tomatoes with desired amount of Red Wine Vinaigrette (to taste), Salt (to taste), Ground Black Pepper (to taste), and Fresh Purple Basil (to taste).
Step 2
Toss to combine. Add Spring Mix Greens (2 cup) and bittermelon leaves, then toss again.
Step 3
Plate, serve, and enjoy!
