Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator. Vinagrete will keep for up to 3-4 days when refrigerated. Stir before serving as some liquid may accumulate at the bottom.

For best flavor and texture, consume within 2 days of preparation.

Do not freeze, as this will affect the texture of the vegetables.
