Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch dish with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (to taste).
Into the bowl of a food processor, add Pitted Dates (1 cup), Almond Flour (1 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup), Coconut Oil (1/4 cup), Honey (1/4 cup), Baking Soda (1/2 teaspoon), Ground Cinnamon (1/2 teaspoon), Almond Extract (1/2 teaspoon), and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 teaspoon). Run the processor until mixture is smooth.
Add in the Egg (3) and pulse a few more times to incorporate. Scoop the batter into the pan and smooth the surface.
Bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out of the center cleanly.
Let the brownies cool completely, then cut into the desired sized squares. Serve immediately, or store sealed in the refrigerator to enjoy as you need them!
