Step 1
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Spray an 8x8-inch dish with Coconut Oil Cooking Spray (as needed) .
Step 2
Into the bowl of a food processor, add Pitted Dates (1 cup) , Almond Flour (1 cup) , Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1/2 cup) , Coconut Oil (1/4 cup) , Honey (1/4 cup) , Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) , Ground Cinnamon (1/2 tsp) , Almond Extract (1/2 tsp) , and Cayenne Pepper (1/8 tsp) . Run the processor until mixture is smooth.
Step 3
Add in the Eggs (3) and pulse a few more times to incorporate. Scoop the batter into the pan and smooth the surface.
Step 4
Bake for about 25 minutes, until a toothpick comes out of the center cleanly.
Step 5
Let the brownies cool completely, then cut into the desired sized squares. Serve immediately, or store sealed in the refrigerator to enjoy as you need them!
