Step 1
In a bowl, dissolve
Active Dry Yeast (2 Tbsp)
and
Granulated Sugar (1 Tbsp)
into the
Kefir Whey (1/3 cup)
, then stir in a part of the
Bread Flour (1 cup)
.

Cover dough with plastic wrap and place it into your oven for about 1 hour, or until it doubles in size.
Step 3
Add in the rest of the
Bread Flour (3 cups)
,
Soy Milk (1 cup)
,
Vegetable Oil (1/4 cup)
and
Salt (1 Tbsp)
. Knead for 10 minutes, or until you get a smooth and soft dough.
Step 4
Cover bowl with plastic wrap, then place it in your oven and let it rest for about 2 hours, or until it doubles in size.
Step 5
On a floured surface, roll out the dough into a rectangular shape. Stuff it with whatever you fancy. Roll up the dough and seal it into a circle. Cover with plastic wrap and let it rest for an extra 40 minutes. It will grow a bit.
Step 6
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Step 7
Brush the top with additional
Soy Milk (to taste)
. Bake for about 50 minutes.
Step 8
Allow bread to cool.
Step 9
Slice, serve, and enjoy!
