Start of by breaking up the Beef Sausage (12) into smaller pieces. Add them to a large frying pan with a bit of Olive Oil (to taste) over medium heat.
Once the sausages have browned on the outside, add the Fideo Nº4 Noodles (500 gram) and let them cook for about a minute.
After cooking for a minute add the Canned Tomato Purée (200 gram) and Beef Broth (1.5 liter). Season with Salt (to taste) and mix carefully until the sauce is integrates into the broth completely.
Let the noodles according to package directions. Monitor the cooking time closely so as to not overcook or undercook the noodles.
Once the broth has mostly or completely disappeared, it's ready to eat. Serve and enjoy!
