Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Start of by breaking up the Beef Sausages (12) into smaller pieces. Add them to a large frying pan with a bit of Olive Oil (to taste) over medium heat.
Step 2
Once the sausages have browned on the outside, add the Fideo Nº4 Noodles (1.1 lb) and let them cook for about a minute.
Step 3
After cooking for a minute add the Canned Tomato Purée (3/4 cup) and Beef Broth (6 1/4 cups) . Season with Salt (to taste) and mix carefully until the sauce is integrates into the broth completely.
Step 4
Let the noodles according to package directions. Monitor the cooking time closely so as to not overcook or undercook the noodles.
Step 5
Once the broth has mostly or completely disappeared, it's ready to eat. Serve and enjoy!
