Cut Manchego Cheese (4 ounce) into 1/8-inch cubes.
Finely chop Pitted Dates (3).
Into a serving bowl, add Fresh Spinach (2 cup), red onion, apples, cheese, and dates.
Break apart Walnut (10) over the salad, then season everything with Sea Salt (1 pinch) and Freshly Ground Black Pepper (1 pinch).
