Author's Notes

The syrup will make enough for about 4 lattes.

Cooking Instructions

step 1
In a small saucepan over medium heat, add Fresh Blueberry (1 cup), Water (1/2 cup), Cane Sugar (1/2 cup), and Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp). Bring to a simmer, then reduce heat to low and cook for 7 to 9 minutes, stirring often, until blueberries have all burst and liquid is reduced slightly.
step 2
Strain mixture through a fine mesh sieve, pushing through as much blueberry juice as possible. Discard solids. Let syrup cool.
step 3
Into a tall glass, add ice to desired level.
step 4
Pour in blueberry syrup, Milk (4 fl oz), and cooled Espresso (2 fl oz), and stir to combine. Enjoy!
