This flourless Bailey’s chocolate mug cake is so incredibly simple and yummy! It’s the perfect dessert to celebrate Saint Patrick’s day or when you just need a sweet fix.

Dark Chocolate Chips
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
Bailey's® Irish Cream
Powdered Confectioners Sugar
Combine the Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup) and Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp) in a microwave-safe mug and heat in a microwave oven on high for about 45 seconds to melt them together. Stir them both together until you have a smooth base.
Stir in the Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp), Bailey's® Irish Cream (1 Tbsp), Caster Sugar (1 tsp), and the Egg (1), then microwave it all for another minute. The edges should get slightly crisp while still being soft in the middle.
Let it sit and cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy warm with an extra sprinkle of Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) on top!
