Step 1
Combine the
Dark Chocolate Chips (1/4 cup)
and
Vegetable Oil (1 Tbsp)
in a microwave-safe mug and heat in the Panasonic Microwave Oven on high for about 45 seconds to melt them together. Stir them both together until you have a smooth base.
Step 2
Stir in the
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 Tbsp)
,
Bailey's® Irish Cream (1 Tbsp)
,
Caster Sugar (1 tsp)
, and the
Egg (1)
, then microwave it all for another minute. The edges should get slightly crisp while still being soft in the middle.
Step 3
Let it sit and cool for 5 minutes, then enjoy warm with an extra sprinkle of
Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste)
on top! Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
