Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cut Whole Grain Bread (12 slices) into 1” cubes, set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk Eggland's Best Organic Eggs (Brown) (6) and then mix in Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt (1 cup), 2% Reduced Fat Milk (1/2 cup), Maple Syrup (1/3 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (2 tsp), Ground Turmeric (1/2 tsp), Ground Ginger (1/2 tsp), and Ground Black Pepper (1/16 tsp).

Lightly stir/fold in bread cubes and let sit for 5 minutes to soak up the egg mixture.

Evenly spoon mixture into 12 muffin tins.
