Cooking Instructions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cut the Puff Pastry (2 sheets) into 12 even squares.

Fold the edges of the dough to create a tart.

Baste the dough in an egg wash & bake for 7 minutes.

Remove the dough from the oven & let them cool for 5 minutes.

Once cooled, add a strip of Prosciutto (12 slices), 1 Eggland’s Best Pasture Raised Eggs (12), Salt (to taste), and Ground Black Pepper (to taste) to each tart.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the egg is completely cooked.
