Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Cut the Puff Pastry (2 sheets) into 12 even squares.

Fold the edges of the dough to create a tart.

Baste the dough in an egg wash & bake for 7 minutes.

Remove the dough from the oven & let them cool for 5 minutes.

Once cooled, add a strip of Prosciutto (12 slices), 1 Eggland’s Best Pasture Raised Eggs (12), Salt (to taste), and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste) to each tart.

Bake for an additional 10 minutes or until the egg is completely cooked.
