Step 1
In a mug, add the Egg (1) , Milk (1/2 cup) , Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 Tbsp) , Vanilla Extract (1/4 tsp) , and Ground Cinnamon (1/4 tsp) .
Step 2
With a fork, whisk together.
Step 3
Cube the Cinnamon Raisin Bread (1 slice) and add to the mug.
Step 4
Stuff bread down with a fork and make sure everything is nicely coated.
Step 5
Microwave on high for about 2 minutes
Step 6
Top with Maple Syrup (to taste) , Powdered Confectioners Sugar (to taste) , or Butter (to taste) . Enjoy!
