Cooking Instructions
1.
Halve the Ezekiel Bread (1 slice) lengthwise to form two slices, then slice the Sprouted Tofu (1 block) into wide, thin strips to resemble cold cuts.
2.
Spread Vegan Mayonnaise (1 tsp) on a slice of Ezekiel bread, and place tofu on top. Add Avocado (1/4), Pickle Slices (4) and Broccoli Sprouts (1 handful). Cover with Romaine Lettuce (1 piece) and the other slice of Ezekiel bread.
