Ziti Pasta , cooked

Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Cook Ground Beef (1 pound) and Ground Pork (1 pound) until it's almost done. Add in Paprika (to taste), Salt and Pepper (to taste), and Italian Seasoning (1 1/2 teaspoon). Drain all of the fat, reserving 1 tablespoon.
Step 2
Add Onion (1), Tomato (1), and Marinara Sauce (2 1/2 cup), mix well, taste and adjust seasonings to preference and remove from heat.
Step 3
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
Step 4
In a bowl mix together half a cup of Shredded Cheese (1/2 cup), Ricotta Cheese (15 ounce), and Egg (2).
Step 5
Add the cheese mixture to the Ziti Pasta (1 pound) and mix together.
Step 6
Mix in 2 cups of the meat sauce to the pasta. Pour into a 13x9 inch baking dish.
Step 7
Cover the top with a thin layer of Shredded Cheese (1 cup), then cover with the remaining sauce.
Step 8
Sprinkle the top with Shredded Cheese (1 1/2 cup).
Step 9
Bake in the oven for 30 minutes.
Step 10
Remove from the oven and allow it to sit for about 5 to 10 minutes. Serve warm and enjoy!
