Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Trim the Radishes (10) cut into halves or quarters depending on their size.
Step 2
Layer the radishes and Garlic (10 cloves) to a quart size mason jar.
Step 3
To the mason jar, add the Black Peppercorns (1 tsp) , Granulated Sugar (1 tsp) , Kosher Salt (1 tsp) , and Distilled White Vinegar (2 cups) .
Step 4
Cover and shake until sugar and salt begin to dissolve.
Step 5
Refrigerate overnight prior to serving. Store in refrigerator for up to 1 week.
