Into a mixing bowl, add
80/20 Lean Ground Beef (1.1 lb)
Smoked Paprika (1 tsp)
Lee Kum Kee Hoisin Sauce (1 Tbsp)
Salt (1/2 tsp)
Ground Black Pepper (1/4 tsp)
. Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Form meat mixture into 3 patties slightly bigger than the buns.
Transfer patties to a pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Place patties on
Hamburger Buns (3)
and top with
Provolone Cheese (3 slices)
. Serve and enjoy!
