Into a mixing bowl, add 80/20 Lean Ground Beef (18 ounce), Smoked Paprika (1 teaspoon), Hoisin Sauce (1 1/3 tablespoon), Salt (1/2 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1/4 teaspoon). Mix thoroughly with your hands.
Form meat mixture into 3 patties slightly bigger than the buns.
Transfer patties to a pan over medium-low heat. Cook for 5-6 minutes on each side.
Place patties on Hamburger Bun (3) and top with Provolone Cheese (3 slice). Serve and enjoy!
