1/2 cup
Triple Sec
2 Tbsp
Ginger Beer
1/4 cup

Step 1
Prepare your Lime Juice (1/4 cup) and Grapefruit Juice (1/2 cup) . Grate your Fresh Ginger (1 tsp) .
Step 2
Slice 1/4 inch off of each end of the Lime (1) and cut it in half, lengthwise. Set one of the halves cut side-down​​ on the cutting board, slice it at an angle, lengthwise to make 3 lime wedges and set aside.
Step 3
In a small bowl, add Kosher Salt (1/3 cup) and grated ginger. Use your fingers to mix the salt and ginger together. It's okay if the mixture is a little clumpy.
Step 4
Take the lime and rub the rim of each glass. Then, dunk the top of the rim into ginger salt.
Step 5
In a pitcher, combine the grapefruit juice, Tequila (1/2 cup) , Triple Sec (1/2 cup) , Ginger Beer (2 Tbsp) and lime juice.
Step 6
Fill glasses with Ice (to taste) and pour margarita mixture over the ice. Serve immediately and enjoy!
