Into the bowl of a stand mixer fitted with a paddle attachment, add Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 cup). Cream together until smooth.

Add Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Eggs (2) and Vanilla Bean Paste (1/2 Tbsp). Mix to incorporate.

Add Pink Food Coloring (6 dashes) and mix well.

Add All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Baking Soda (1 tsp), and Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix until just combined.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Place dough in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes to firm up.

Form the dough into 15 small balls and place them on a baking sheet. Press Chocolate Buttons (to taste) into each. Sprinkle with Sparkling Sugar (to taste).

Bake in the oven for 8-10 minutes.
