Cooking Instructions

Chop the Portobello Mushroom (1) and saute it with the Frozen Spinach (to taste) in a pan on the stovetop until spinach is cooked. Add Vegan Cheddar Cheese (to taste) to the top. Heat until melted.

Move mixture from the pan to one half of the Flax and Millet Lavash (1). Fold over, and toast in the toaster oven until golden. Serve, and enjoy!
