Salted Cod

Sofrito Sauce

Cooking Instructions
1.
Add the Salted Cod (8 oz) to a pot of boiling water. Lower heat to medium-high, cover, and cook for 45 minutes-1 hour. You want it to be falling apart.

Shred the fish.
3.
Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (2 cups) and Water (2 cups). Mix until smooth.
4.
Add Sofrito Sauce (1 tsp) and Goya® Sazon con Culantro y Achiote (1 pckg). Stir to combine.
5.
Add the fish and stir to incorporate.
6.
Into a pan over high heat, add Canola Oil (1/2 cup). Once hot, ladle spoonfuls of the batter into the oil. Cook until golden brown, about 10 minutes.
7.
Serve and enjoy!
