In a large mixing bowl, add the Eggland’s Best Free Range Eggs (2), Milk (2/3 cup), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp), Ground Cloves (1/4 tsp), and Simply Organic Nutmeg, Ground (1/4 tsp).

Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Butter (2 Tbsp) and allow the butter to melt.

Dip the slices of Gluten-Free Bread (6 slices) into the french toast batter, ensuring all sides are well coated.

Place the bread slice into the skillet and cook for 3-5 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.

Meanwhile, make the compote by adding Frozen Cranberries (2 cups), Brown Sugar (1/2 cup), Orange Juice (1/3 cup), and Cinnamon Stick (1) to a small saucepan over medium heat.

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally until the mixture has thickened and most of the liquid has evaporated. Remove the cinnamon stick.

Place the french toast on a plate and top with compote before serving.
