In a bowl, mix Whole Milk (1 cup), Kemps Half & Half (1/2 cup), Eggland’s Best Pasture Raised Eggs (2), Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1/2 tsp), Powdered Confectioners Sugar (4 Tbsp), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/4 tsp), Simply Organic Nutmeg, Ground (1/4 tsp), Chopped Pecans (1/3 cup), and 100% Pumpkin Purée (2 Tbsp) nicely until no lumps are left.

Roughly cut Brioche Buns (5).

Place bread cubes in the prepared baking dish and pour mixture over brioche bread.

Bake at 350 degrees F (180 degrees C) for 40-45 minutes.
