Cooking Instructions

Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Beat Butter (3/4 cup), Brown Sugar (1 cup), Granulated Sugar (1/2 cup), Milk (4 Tbsp), Farmhouse Eggs® Large Brown Egg (1) and Simply Organic Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) until light and fluffy.

Combine All-Purpose Flour (1 cup), Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1 tsp), Baking Soda (1/2 tsp) and Salt (1/4 tsp).

Add to the butter mixture and mix well.

Stir in Quick Cooking Oats (3 cups), Sun-Maid Raisins (1 cup) and Assorted Nuts (1 cup), if using. Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased cookie sheets.
