Step 1
Halve, and pit the
Avocados (2)
. Then scoop the insides out into a Vitamix, or other high powered blender. Add the
Coconut Nectar (1/2 cup)
,
Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup)
,
Vanilla Almond Milk (1/2 cup)
,
Salt (1/2 tsp)
and
Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp)
.
Step 2
Put top on Vitamix, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Use the plunger to make sure all the chunks get blended.
Step 3
Pour into glasses, top with
Coconut Shavings (to taste)
and serve. Enjoy!
