Coconut Nectar

Unsweetened Cocoa Powder

or Coconut Water
Cooking Instructions

Halve, and pit the Avocados (2). Then scoop the insides out into a Vitamix, or other high powered blender. Add the Coconut Nectar (1/2 cup), Unsweetened Cocoa Powder (1 cup), Vanilla Almond Milk (1/2 cup), Salt (as needed) and Vanilla Extract (1 Tbsp).

Put top on Vitamix, and blend until smooth, about 1 minute. Use the plunger to make sure all the chunks get blended.
3.
Pour into glasses, top with Coconut Chips (to taste) and serve. Enjoy!
