Step 1
Juice the Lemon (1) and drain the Canned Chickpeas (1 1/2 cup). Add both to a Vitamix along with the Tahini (1 tablespoon), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Garlic (1 clove). Blend well, then transfer to a bowl.
Step 2
Top with Paprika (to taste) and Pine Nuts (to taste) and serve with your choice of Mixed Vegetables (to taste). Enjoy!
