Step 1
Bake the Sweet Potato (1).
Step 2
To make the chili, mix together the Beyond Meat® Beefy Beef-Free Crumbles (1 package), Black Beans (1 can), and Salsa (2 cup) in a large bowl. Cut a slit in the top of the sweet potato and top with the chili.
Step 3
Sprinkle top with some Daiya® Cheddar Cheese (to taste) and place in toaster oven to melt Daiya Cheddar Cheese. Serve, and enjoy!
