To make the chili, mix together the
Beyond Meat® Beefy Beef-Free Crumbles (1 pckg)
Black Beans (1 can)
Salsa (2 cups)
in a large bowl. Cut a slit in the top of the sweet potato and top with the chili.
Sprinkle top with some
Daiya® Cheddar Cheese (to taste)
and place in toaster oven to melt Daiya Cheddar Cheese. Serve, and enjoy!
