Heat oven to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Coat a large baking pan with Nonstick Cooking Spray (as needed) or butter, or line with parchment paper.

Beat Butter (1 1/2 cups), Granulated Sugar (3/4 cup) and Brown Sugar (3/4 cup) in a large bowl with a mixer on medium-high speed until light and fluffy.

Add All-Purpose Flour (3 cups), Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1 1/2 cups) and Salt (1/2 tsp). Mix on low speed until blended.

Measure 2 ½ cups of dough and set aside. Press remaining dough into prepared baking pan to form a crust. Bake 15 minutes.

Remove pan from oven. Stir Smucker’s® Red Raspberry Preserves (1 cup), then spoon over crust. Spread evenly. Finely crumble reserved dough over fruit spread layer.

Bake 30 to 35 minutes until topping is lightly browned. Cool completely in pan on wire rack. Then cut, serve and enjoy!
