Combine Old Fashioned Rolled Oats (1/2 cup), Milk (1 cup) and Banana (1/2). In a small pot, stir together oats, milk, mashed banana, Simply Organic Cinnamon, Ground (1/2 tsp) and Kosher Salt (1 pinch).

Cook oats. Place the pot over medium-high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until the liquid is absorbed and oats are soft—about 6 to 7 minutes.

Add Eggland's Best Liquid Egg Whites (3 Tbsp). Lower the heat slightly. Pour egg whites into the pot. Stir or whisk constantly for 1 to 2 minutes, ensuring the egg whites fully integrate without scrambling, and the mixture becomes thick and fluffy.

Finish and serve. Remove from heat once and transfer to a bowl.
