Cooking Instructions

Rub Chicken Breasts (2) with Olive Oil (1 Tbsp), Sea Salt (to taste) and Simply Organic Black Pepper, Medium Grind (to taste). Allow them to sit at room temperature for about 20 minutes.

Preheat a grill or cast-iron skillet/grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the chicken for about 6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is cooked through (165°F). Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before cutting into 1/2-inch cubes.

Slice the Cucumbers (2), cube the Cheddar Cheese (1 1/2 cups), chop the Cooked Bacon (6 slices), halve the Eggland's Best Hard Cooked Eggs (12), rinse and chop the Iceberg Lettuce (1/2 head) and rinse the Cherry Tomatoes (2 cups).
