Cooking Instructions

Step 1
Remove the skin off the Pineapple (1) and cut into cubes to help it break down easier in your blender. It’s ok to include the core. Put the cubes in the blender with the Water (1 cup) and puree until smooth.
Step 2
Juice the Oranges (5) and Lime (1) into the jug you’ll be serving the juice in.
Step 3
Using a fine strainer, strain the pineapple juice into the jug. You may need to help it through with a spoon. Discard the pulp.
Step 4
Skim off any foam or wait for it to settle, then add Honey (2 Tbsp) and Angostura Bitters (4 dashes) and stir well. Finally, add Soda Water (2 cups) and stir gently so we don’t lose too many bubbles. Serve chilled or over ice and enjoy!
