Line a large baking tray with non-stick cooking paper or parchment paper.
Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3 cups)
in a microwave-safe bowl in the Panasonic Microwave Oven for 30 seconds, then stir and repeat until completely melted and fluid.
Mixed Dried Fruits and Nuts (1 1/4 cups)
into the melted semi-sweet chocolate and pour on the non-stick cooking paper. Use a silicone/rubber spatula or large spoon to spread into a rectangular shape until even.
White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup)
using the same method as for the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until completely fluid.
Spoon the melted white chocolate onto semi-sweet chocolate & fruits and nuts mixture in two strips across lengthwise. Use a toothpick or cocktail stirrer to make swirls.
McVities Digestives Dark Chocolate Nibbles (20)
across the white chocolate strips and line the semi-sweet chocolate strips with extra mixed fruit and nuts for decoration. Sprinkle
Sea Salt Flakes (1/8 tsp)
over the chocolate bark if desired.
Let cool completely for at least 2 hours so it can set, or place in the fridge for 30 minutes or until fully firm before cutting into pieces. Cooking results may vary depending on microwave oven used.
