Author's Notes

Store in an airtight container in the fridge and consume within 1-2 weeks. During cooler climates, you can store the container in a cool dry area and away from sunlight to prevent melting.

Line a large baking tray with non-stick cooking paper or parchment paper.

Melt the Semi-Sweet Chocolate Chips (3 cups) in a microwave-safe bowl in a microwave oven for 30 seconds, then stir and repeat until completely melted and fluid.

Fold the Mixed Dried Fruits and Nuts (1 1/4 cups) into the melted semi-sweet chocolate and pour on the non-stick cooking paper. Use a silicone/rubber spatula or large spoon to spread into a rectangular shape until even.

Melt the White Chocolate Chips (1/2 cup) using the same method as for the semi-sweet chocolate chips. Stir until completely fluid.

Spoon the melted white chocolate onto semi-sweet chocolate & fruits and nuts mixture in two strips across lengthwise. Use a toothpick or cocktail stirrer to make swirls.

Line up McVities Digestives Dark Chocolate Nibbles (20) across the white chocolate strips and line the semi-sweet chocolate strips with extra mixed fruit and nuts for decoration. Sprinkle Sea Salt Flakes (as needed) over the chocolate bark if desired.
