Cooking Instructions
1.
Spread out the Puff Pastry (1 sheet) over a pie or tart mold and press into the mold. Remove the excess edges of puff pastry by pressing up against the edges of the pan.
2.
Preheat your oven to 355 degrees F (180 degrees C).

Next, place baking paper over the pastry and fill the pie with baking weights. Place into the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
4.
Remove the pie crust from the oven and remove the weights and paper. Fill the pie with Manchego Cheese (to taste) and Serrano Ham (to taste).
5.
In a bowl, beat the Egg (3) and then add the Cream (250 milliliter). Mix together, pour over the quiche, then let it settle.
6.
Place the quiche back in the oven and bake for an additional 30 minutes at the same temperature.
7.
Once done, remove and let rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
