1/2 Tbsp
Baking Powder
1/4 tsp
2 3/4 cups
Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour
to taste

Step 1
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).
Step 2
Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups) . Mix until smooth.
Step 3
Add Eggs (2) and mix until smooth.
Step 4
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp) , Salt (1/4 tsp) , and Baking Powder (1/2 Tbsp) . Mix until smooth.
Step 5
Add the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (2 3/4 cups) and mix until well combined. Do not over-mix.
Step 6
Shape the dough into balls and roll them in Cinnamon Sugar (to taste) to coat. Transfer cookies to a baking sheet and press down to flatten them out slightly.
Step 7
Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes.
Step 8
Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
