Cooking Instructions
1.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (176 degrees C).

Into the bowl of a stand mixer, add Unsalted Butter (1 cup) and Granulated Sugar (1 1/2 cups). Mix until smooth.
3.
Add Eggs (2) and mix until smooth.
4.
Add Vanilla Extract (1 tsp), Salt (as needed), and Baking Powder (2 tsp). Mix until smooth.
5.
Add the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour (2 3/4 cups) and mix until well combined. Do not over-mix.
6.
Shape the dough into balls and roll them in Cinnamon Sugar (to taste) to coat. Transfer cookies to a baking sheet and press down to flatten them out slightly.
7.
Bake cookies for 10-15 minutes.
8.
Allow cookies to cool on a wire rack before serving.
