Peel, core, and chop the Bartlett Pears (2). Place in a food processor with Granulated Sugar (1 teaspoon) and Lemon Juice (1 tablespoon). Process until smooth, and transfer to an airtight container. Refrigerate until needed.
Cut the top off of the Fresh Strawberry (1), and muddle in a glass.
Add Spiced Rum (1 fluid ounce), Bacardi® Superior White Rum (1 fluid ounce), Apple Cider (1 fluid ounce), Lemon Juice (0.75 fluid ounce), Pear (1 ounce), Whole Clove (1), and Fig Preserves (0.25 ounce) to the glass.
Add some Ice (to taste) to a shaker tin, and add the contents of the glass. Shake until frosty. Strain into a cocktail glass.
Garnish with Fresh Sage (1 sprig), serve, and enjoy!
