Into a mixing bowl, add All-Purpose Flour (2/3 cup) , Cornmeal (1/3 cup) , Salt (1/2 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1/2 tsp) . Stir to combine.
Step 2
Coat the Jumbo Shrimp (1 lb) in the dry ingredients.
Step 3
In a pan, heat Peanut Oil (as needed) to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). Fry for 2 minutes and 30 seconds, stirring occasionally.
Step 4
Drain excess oil and arrange on a serving platter.
