Into a pot, add Ground Beef (2 pound). Cook until almost done, breaking up with a spoon as you go. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of the fat.
Add Onion (1 cup), Celery (1 stalk), Carrot (1), Salt (1 teaspoon), and Ground Black Pepper (1 teaspoon). Stir. Cook for 1 minute.
Add Garlic (2 clove). Cook for 30 seconds.
Add Ketchup (1/2 cup), Canned Diced Tomatoes (15 ounce), Brown Sugar (2 tablespoon), Worcestershire Sauce (1 tablespoon), and Red Wine Vinegar (1 tablespoon). Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve on Hamburger Bun (6) with toppings and sides of choice.
