Onions , diced
1 stalk
Celery , chopped

Carrot , chopped
1 tsp
2 cloves
Garlic , minced
1/2 cup
2 Tbsp
Brown Sugar
2 cups
Canned Diced Tomatoes
1 Tbsp
Worcestershire Sauce
1 Tbsp
Red Wine Vinegar

Directions

Step 1
Into a pot, add Ground Beef (2 lb) . Cook until almost done, breaking up with a spoon as you go. Drain, reserving 1 tablespoon of the fat.
Step 2
Add Onions (1 cup) , Celery (1 stalk) , Carrot (1) , Salt (1 tsp) , and Ground Black Pepper (1 tsp) . Stir. Cook for 1 minute.
Step 3
Add Garlic (2 cloves) . Cook for 30 seconds.
Step 4
Add Ketchup (1/2 cup) , Canned Diced Tomatoes (2 cups) , Brown Sugar (2 Tbsp) , Worcestershire Sauce (1 Tbsp) , and Red Wine Vinegar (1 Tbsp) . Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook for 20-30 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Step 5
Serve on Hamburger Buns (6) with toppings and sides of choice.
